But it could work on rooftops.The only issue with nuclear, is: where do you put the spent fuel. Many scientists, who have no connection with Nevada politicians, do not believe Yucca Mtn. is safe for 100,000 years. Ask the residents of Richland, WA how they feel about spent nuclear fuel. Wind is a great source for the northern half of the country. It only takes up 1% of the land, so it doesn't cut into farming the way solar would. |
