Delta apologized again so I do not understand why people are upset again.

As for the coordination between Delta, TSA, and the Port of Seattle, that is another issue. How is it that once the airplane returned to the gate L.E. was not in place on the PLB to greet it? The actor simply walked away from the gate and was found in a terminal restroom based on SeaTac surveillance video reviewed by said officers.
