The overwhelming majority of enforced mask mandates were by the property owners themselves.Yes, there was a time after the first 3 months when governments required you to wear a mask in a store, but it was essentially never enforced. Most stores required customers to wear masks to protect their employees, and to convince their employees it was safe(r) to come in to work. |
