Crime sure was.

Illegal aliens? It's not as though you didn't run into help in the deli that didn't speak any English back then.

Homeless people camping out on the street? Nothing new.

Yeah, I do miss the 30 mph speed limit.

But the decrease in crime outweighs the others.
