No 3-9, it started to deteriorate under DeBlasio but was still a place to come and have some good times. You didn't have thousands of illegals piling up on the sidewalks with neighborhoods becoming more rat infested hovels with a mayor who literally has his head up his ass. Wake up and smell the freakin' coffee---your city is going to shit.
