I can't see how it can be any worse than it is now, but you live there and if you can say it is better now than in the FC, then good for NY. Let's face it though. Cities like New York Hell LA, Frisco, Chi Town, Philly, have become crappy places to live compared to a few decades ago. And those in charge seem unable to move the needle in a positive direction.
