Ethnicity and religion have nothing to do with anything here. They were just a bunch of stupid kids doing something stupid, probably on a dare.
You remember when you were a kid and all the stupid things that you did, dontcha?? I sure do. Thankfully there weren't cameras everywhere back then, not like today.
