So you're saying people are robbing other people more than ever, but they're taking great care not to kill them?That's the only conclusion I can draw from your posts. Maybe you're right but I personally would be surprised if we have a population of criminals who thinks, OK, I can risk beating up this guy but I'd better not kill him because then the cops will actually try to catch me. |
