I read other articles, especially those from Dayton sources that have extensively covered this event. The stop was 11 minutes long.

I also watched the video and you didn't or you wouldn't be asking about the tint given that the front windows were open.

You may be correct about the police extending the stop. I haven't read anything about that and I'm not going to play lawyer about laws that I have no knowledge. If he is innocent hopefully he gets a fair trial and gets back his $22,000 in savings that he kept in a bag in his car that police confiscated. Either way, I don't think that they should have pulled him out of his car.
