First of all a police officer doesn't have to have a supervisor respond just because someone asks for one. Second of all one of the most important tactics I've learned for safety is not to stall with the perp or possible perp at the scene but to bring everyone right in. How do they know this guy didn't have a gun on him if he stayed in the car? Stop talking about something you know nothing about. |
