As someone who was a member of a large metropolitan police department, I can speak from experience. The police DO NOT have to call for a supervisor merely because a person wants them to. If the police themselves want to, or are unsure what to do, or if the specific job calls for it, then one can be requested,but it's up to the police to do so, not the guy on the street.Everyone has a better plan. The police wanted him out of the vehicle, so what good would that have done? |
