Unlike laws about lights, etc, the no hanging shit from a mirror is one of those laws whose sole purpose is for the government to harass the public, and should not exist. Like those little towns where the speed limit goes down abruptly at the municipal boundary. Every state Constitution should have a provision that if a municipality collects too much revenue from fines it should be automatically disincorporated. |
