That’s bullshit. It shouldn’t be illegal to hang things from the mirror.

Of course, in the case of parking permits they know that not keeping them hanging there permanently means you’ll forget to mount it and you’ll get a parking ticket. All about nickel and diming the citizenry. I understand why conservatives consider government to be bad.
