"Simple drunkeness does not turn guys into would be rapists."Two things wrong with that: 1) You can't speak for all guys 2) Alcohol can bring about personality & Behavior changes and that could include violence, all based on the individual tolerance of the drug. In my life I've seen what excessive alcohol can do. Plenty of Jekyl & Hydes came and went. One of those things is assault up to & including rape and murder. On the woman side is the unwanted pregnancy, black eyes or loose teeth or worse. Point being; a drunken kid or adult is held accountable for his of her actions. Alcohol consumption is no excuse. If prosicution is warranted, then bring it on with WITNESSES, CORROBORATION, DATES, LOCATIONS, TIME LINE OF EVENTS etc. & having the accused face the accuser. In other words FACTS to be presented in court of law with a jury convicting based on such as in guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Based on whats out there now against Kavanaugh, you couldn't burn a 3 time loser with such a weak case. One more thing, don't move the goal posts. This discussion is about Kavanaugh's appointment v/s the alleged sexual abuse charges. His other positions are for another thread. |
