Theres not enough here to charge him let alone convict him in a criminal case, therefore there should not be enough here to deny him of a SCOTUS appointment.That's an absurd standard for confirmation of a Supreme Court Justice. Would you be OK with Bob Menendez being appointed to the Supreme Court just because he wasn't convicted? |
