There may not be enough to convict criminally, but the mere suggestion of a strong bias against HALF THE POPULATION (actually the narrow majority) along with case records reinforcing the fact that his attitudes of hatred that existed early in life (age 17) are sustained (as the dissent in question is contemporary) disqualify him, plain and simple. |
