If it has to do with physical stamina, then the people over 50 should either find another job or make sure they can pass the muster. I'm no spring chicken and if I knew I want to do the United States Marine Corps obstacle course, since I'm in my early 50s, I know I have to train three times as hard as a 19 year old kid. If I can pass and anyone else in my age group Camp pass, I will not claim as discriminatory
