Trump considers pardon for someone who has no criminal convictions

There will be more pardons. … In fact, we’re doing, right now, recommendations on — you know, frankly, we’re doing recommendations on Muhammad Ali.

Ali has no outstanding criminal convictions. His conviction for draft evasion was overturned by the Supreme Court in 1971.
