External forces will dictate the price of oil & not any White House policy. As for Canada limiting the supply of oil to the US as a result of some "trade war", whats to stop the US. from cutting back on the oil it exports to make up the difference? And how is Canada going to make up the $$$ losses it will lose by cutting back selling oil to the US? They'll be cutting their nose...etc. |
