Oh, this again. They counting subsidized farmers again?

it's time to abolish welfare as it has been bastardized from its original purpose and taken advantage of

What was its original purpose?

I say its original purpose was to attack and destroy the family. It still holds to that purpose. It was designed to be "taken advantage of" and push private charity out of the picture.
