Jay, as someone who worked for a city agency, I'm surprised at your view as far as the loosies are concerned.The store owners on his "turf" called 311, 911, the City Counsel, the Mayor's Hotline, their assemblymen WEEKLY on this walking Grimace. And he used to threaten and beat anyone who he thought was snitching on him. FACT! He drove a white SUV with NO tags or anything else on it. He always didn't want to pay the rent. In other words, he was bad news. So, now he's dead and the world truly is a better place! BTW, verbally telling the police that you aren't getting arrested also constitutes resisting arrest. |
