So, allegedly selling loosies on a street corner (something that was never conclusively proven) warrants the death penalty?

The video clearly shows no attempt by Garner to resist arrest. Pantaleo escalated things to the point of Garner's death.

Oh, and according to your twisted logic, if we aren't in perfect health when manhandled by the police, it's our fault if we die???
