Because in this day and age, especially when the Nation is watching, NO DA is going to do that. PLENTY of cops get arrested on S.I.! Besides, it was the GJ that chose the verdict. I know, I know, you're going to say that the DA withheld certain evidence, but once again, it was simply not the case! Why do you refuse to believe that MAYBE it was Eric Garner's bad health that caused this? ALL he had to do was comply, but he didn't. Look where that got him. |
