The term as applied to regular semi-automatic weapons has been made up by the media and by the anti-Second Amendment crowd.Inherent in your sentence is the assumption that ownership of semi-automatic weapons is protected by the 2nd amendment. Justices Kennedy and/or Roberts might disagree. |
