The media has made the term "assault weapon" the equivalent of what the Seven Dirty Words are to the First Amendment.Something that has been irrationally ostracized. It would be unfortunate if the nation's highest court starts carving out exemptions to constitutional rights based on made-up hysteria rather than on sound legal reasoning. |
