I would be annoyed if I tracked a shipment as having arrived at my local hub, and then the tracking goes crazy and it just disappears. I would also be annoyed if UPS were to use the full time available under its promise even though I knew the package was just an hour away long before.One can be annoyed with a transaction even if it follows all the rules. |
