If bingbong's account of the telephone conversation is correct, then UPS seems to be contradicting itself. They make available to the public Ground time-in-transit maps. This is what you get if you enter a Plattsburgh ZIP code: The disclaimer that it's a "general representation" is much weaker than "the shipping class required 5–7 business days for delivery." I would be annoyed if the method of shipment was UPS Ground and the customer service rep said what bingbong claims she said. |
