Fred's an old-timey conservative just like me, except that he's still sticking onto his GOP registration. I gave up years ago on it, but then he's in California where the stupidity of what passes for the GOP these days is nowhere near as insane as it is here and elsewhere.Yeah, I flipoff republicans here routinely, but that's because I was born and raised a republican and I *still* care, but not enough to vote for escapees from the loony bin or those who, like these confederate wannabes, insist on being assholes. There's reasons why Unca Fred and I still get along, and I'm loving it. :) |
