No person acting in accordance with the true nature of their faith would commit such a horrible hate crime. Most of the world's religions have some version of the Golden Rule, which is considered a governing principle.That said, extreme branches of the three major faiths (Christianity, Judaism, and Islam) have all encouraged and carried out atrocities against the LGBT community. |
