Garner was caught in the process of committing a crime. yes, selling untaxed cigarettes is a crime. He the proceeded to RESIT ARREST. If he hadn't fought with the police, he'd be alive. why have all your "martyrs" recently been people of, shall we say, less than reputable character? A twenty year old who knocks off a convenience store, attacks a cop and tries to steal his gun, and an overweight, middle age man with a mile long rap sheet. |
