Garner wasn't "resisting arrest", he was trying not to be choked to death. At that, selling loosies is, at most, a violation, not a felony punishable by the death penalty. Dying of foeced asphyxiation on video is a very stark reminder that blatant disregard of human rights and life are still running rampant in NYC. |
