There was no intimation Garner was armed. He did not attack a cop.If you're saying there already 6 cops there, yeah, and only one of them, Pantaleo, decided to use a chokehold. The others were not doing anything but trying to talk Garner down and surround him and hold onto him. That would've done the trick. |
