The short, simple version of a modern TV contract is "we owns your arse." That's it, and that's all!You're unbelievable. You sign contracts evidently with no idea of what you're agreeing to. First lets start with the fact that in the US no one can force you to perform a contract even if it's signed and executed. Sue for damages, of course, but you can't be forced to perform. Second, the language in contracts is often open for debate. That's why people go to court and sometimes lose. Let's see if A&E sues Robertson for breach. Wanna place a a bet? |
