Uh yeah ... it IS. I can understand the turtle being an expert on everything, but fact is "performers" are what is contracted, even for "Jersey Shore" ... if you're in front of a camera and get paid for it, you *are* a "performer." And you sign a release as well as a contract before you get to go on the air.This will be my last comment on all this - if Jayzee and those of us who actually worked the industry can't stop people from being stupid about how it works in THIS industry, then can't help youse ... |
