Exclusive S89 Fleet Not So Exclusive?

Earlier this morning, I was on #6281 on the S44 and it was miserable as expected. But as we got closer towards St. George, we started tailing the bus in front of us.

Not too long after did I notice that the bus in front of us was #6329. Just a week before, this bus was looking amazing, but today it was filled with scratches on the windows and the seats were looking so-so. My question is, what happened to this bus? I thought it was part of the S89 fleet and Level IIed at that. It certainly did not look like anything even close to Level II today.

Around mid-day, I took a trip to the SI Mall, and spotted #6239 again on the S44, but also #6325 on the S59 and #6332 on the S79. Maybe the MTA brought them out on other routes mid-day because they knew there wouldn't be any school kids on them to mess them up again?
