If the stops have to be 1000 or 1200 feet apart, that's fine. Staten Island express bus stops are about 2000 feet apart on average, and not all of them have corresponding local routes (express - local transfers are generally uncommon, but especially within the same corridor, so most manage to make their way to the stop on foot) |
