1) I lived the first 11 years of my life in Flushing, so I remember the B58. As an adult, my job has also brought me out to both Ridgewood and Flushing- both ends of the route. It does not enter Brooklyn at any time during regular service- even on Wyckoff Avenue, it's on the Queens side.

I didn't know that as a kid- I assumed it actually went to Brooklyn. Now I realize it was because the route was created by the B&QT.
