Unlike the B55 and B58, it did not even touch the borough of Brooklyn (though many years prior, as a street railway route, it did provide through service into Brooklyn to Williamsburg). After it was sold by the NYCTA, its designation was changed to Q72, but by action of the Board of Estimate, not by unilateral action of Triboro Coach. |
