I never assumed Mr. Rosen is correct. He is wrong unless he proves to me that there is a no right turn only restriction which ends at 8 PM. The norm from my keen observations is most turn restrictions with a specific time, usually end at 7 PM, not 8 PM.He couldn't tell where Woodhaven ends and Cross Bay Blvd begins - - and he admitted to that mistake. |
