At 42nd and 8th, 20 pedestrians were walking outside the crosswalk but none were walking inside it? That is so unusual as to require a plausible explanation, or else the entire story isn't plausible.Also, even if there were no pedestrians walking inside the crosswalk, you had no right to block the crosswalk. |
