The pedestrians were crossing midblock, so they didn't have the right of way.But he was careless in his statement that if the pedestrians were in the crosswalk, then he would have rammed about 20 innocent victims and be in the violation of the law for failure in exercising due care as well as the new Vision Zero right of way law. |
