I waited two seconds not five, and it was the prudent thing to do in that situation rather than gunning the accelerator the instant th signal turned green which us what you or someone else suggested. THAT PERSON IS THE BAD DRIVER.
No one suggested "gunning the accelerator" as soon as the light turns green if you are making a turn!!!!!! Liar liar liar!!!!!
