The simplest rule to follow when crossing a street: if the approaching cars were to make no change in their course and speed, are you able to cross safely? If yes, then go. If no, then don't.If the driver changes course or speed once you have started crossing, you should have the right of way, since your decision was made before theirs was made known to you. |
