No you don't just "go". You look first to make sure no one is running the red light. You need to be aware of your surroundings. I have seen many savvy pedestrians who will not cross first until they make eye contact with the driver even if they have the right of way just to make sure he sees them. Many also will cede their right of way telling the driver to go first.To just immediately cross without first looking just because the light changed is dumb. LEARN TO HAVE COMMON SENSE. |
