Of course B44 local after SBS survey is relevant when riders are complaining of four SBS buses arriving before a single local. Of course it is relevant when New York Avenue service was cut by 50 percent. Of course it is relevant when local riders complained of regular 40 minute waits. Waits that were so bad, SBS service had to be reduced and replaced by additional local service.

I would bet you that local passengers were surveyed but the satisfaction results showed such a high level of dissatisfaction with service, that the MTA chose not to publish it. That is the very definition of cherry picking your data.

And where do you get the idea that the MTA is constantly surveying riders of ALL routes. You do not even know the difference between a survey and a traffic count. Counting passengers getting on and off is NOT a survey. IT IS A TRAFFIC COUNT. The two are totally different types of measurements. A SURVEY ASKS QUESTIONS. But since you have no training in planning, I won't fault you for your ignorance.
