For someone who doesn't believe relying on anecdotes, you conclude that riders are surveyed all the time on ALL routes because you were given a few surveys in your lifetime.

I have also seen passengers being headed survey questionnaires. One passenger asked the surveyor for additional cards for his friends who were not on the bus and the surveyor gladly complied, thus invalidating the counts.
