No, those are the schedule numbers corresponding to the individual trip.
Run numbers are completely different and are for internal use only.

Regarding your last post, here is the easiest way to identify what's Adirondack, Pine Hill and New York (with a few exceptions):

1. Anything involving Albany is an Adirondack Run (Table 7100, 7103, 7104, 7108, 7111 and 7112).

2. Kingston going south on Route 32 to NY is generally Adirondack but also has a few Pine Hill runs mixed in.

3. North of Kingston (Table 7102) is Pine Hill.

4. Anything west of Syracuse is New York Trailways, as well as half of the Syracuse-Massena run (Table 7109).
