Many fatalities are caused by turning vehicles which Vision Zero also does not address.

Incorrect, one of the main components of Vision Zero is Pedestrian Right of Way (capitalized) - - most pedestrian/vehicle right of way accidents involve a turn by the vehicle - that's basic driving knowledge - which you claim to the contrary that Vision Zero does not address turning. Vision Zero also involves restricting left turns - - the same left turns you complain about Woodhaven Blvd. I don't know how you can complain about the left turn bans then post something that Vision Zero does not address fatalities by turning vehicles.
