It is apparent that the MTA is trying hard to avoid making this an issue about photography per-se.It appears to be clear by the rules that a photographer cannot enter the platform area without a permit solely to take a picture - the open question is whether or not a photographer can take a picture if he is in the process of boarding or leaving a train, thereby placing him on the platform legally. |
