Terrapin Station: Why must you always have to be such a jackass to every person on this board? Do you really think that you know it all when it comes to where you can and where you can't photograph? Are you some type of lawyer or something? What they hell do you know? Do you have anything else better to do asides harrassing everybody in sight? Every time I read one of your posts, I get more and more fed up with you and your know at all attitude. Get a life and go far away.
I think Bee Flex is completely correct on the issue. Why do you think the reserve is there? For show? Have you ever tried photographing at Grand Central or at Penn Station? And have you ever been in any altercation whatsoever? My guess is a no. Because you're perfect. And you never get into any altercations and you think you know every photography rule there is.
This Nilet is not helping his cause either by getting into altercations. And this nonsense is all because he wanted a picture of some sort of train in Grand Central?! How many times has he been to Grand Central Terminal? Is it his 1st time there? There's got to be something special about whatever he saw that he had to get a photograph of?
And don't you think rules can change? Is there any written proof from the MTA Police Department that you can photograph wherever you want at any place at any time? Why don't you try going to Grand Central Penn Station or any place and photograph every single train in there? Or are you a coward? And if you get stopped, do not come crying here.
